I was a physio student with no roadmap.
So I figured it out. Took opportunities. Made mistakes. Learned from the people around me.
I've now worked in the environments I used to dream about — Premier League academies, and Baller League.
I know how different my journey could have been with the right guidance.

For physiotherapy students, newly graduated physios and physios who aspire to work in sport.
Not theory, and not a motivational book. The practical detail I had to work out on my own — in the order you'll actually need it.
You'll know exactly what to do next — this week, this month, and before your first interview. That's the whole promise. Not a job. A plan.
From what the career really looks like to your next step, in the order you'll need it.
The four types of question you'll be asked, ten to prepare for, and how to talk through common sporting injuries.
Built step by step from a realistic academy job advert, so you can see exactly how it was put together.
Written from the hiring side: the tick list I run through in my head, how to tailor it to the role, and the 10-second test.
An experience gap check, your own opportunity tracker, and a simple framework for the first message you send.
Instant download, 60 pages, on your phone or printed — the worksheets are made to be written on.
In the order you'll need them.
“I am so lost right now when it comes to my career goal and how I want to get there.”
“I've been practising for almost two years. Any advice for entering the sports setting?”
“What degrees or seminars did you have on your CV to join Arsenal?”
“Where do you even apply?”
Most people jump straight to treatment. The Playbook shows you how to talk through the mechanism, the assessment, red flags and referral first, because the thought process is what the interviewer actually wants to hear.
It isn't a clinical manual.
It shows you how to think through common sporting injuries and how to talk about them in an interview. It won't give you a rehab protocol, and it won't teach you to manage a player pitch-side. Deciding whether a specific player is ready for Saturday isn't something you can read your way to. That's what we do together in a 1:1 session. I'd rather tell you that now than have you buy this expecting it.
The Playbook is the written version of what I take people through in a session. These are their words.
“I feel more prepared and have a clearer idea of the roadmap moving forwards.”
“My dream is to become a sports physio, and it has given me a much better understanding of how to actually become one.”

No book can promise that. What it will do is show you what clubs look for, why some applications get ignored, and exactly what to do differently.
The principles travel — getting experience, CVs, applications, interviews, choosing CPD. The specifics on registration and pitch-side qualifications are UK-focused.
No — it's the best time. Most of what holds students back is not knowing what to prioritise, and that's easier to fix early than late.
A PDF you download immediately after buying. Read it on anything, print it if you want.
The Roadmap shows you the route: the five things that matter. The Playbook walks you through every step of it, in eight chapters and 60 pages: getting experience, your CV, applications and the interview.
Because it's an instant download, you get the whole book the moment you buy, so sales are final. That's why this page shows you exactly what's inside before you decide.

For physiotherapy students, newly graduated physios and physios who aspire to work in sport.
There's plenty of general advice about getting into sport. None of it knows your degree, your city, your experience, or what you're afraid of. This does — because you tell me before we start, and the hour is built around it.
Six areas. Tell me which when you apply, and that's where the hour goes.
Where you are, where you're trying to get to, and the realistic next step from here.
What clubs actually look for on a CV, and why most applications get ignored.
What to do when a player goes down and every eye on the touchline is on you.
Criteria over timelines. And handling the coach who wants him back Saturday.
Bring a real one. We work it through together.
Whatever's relevant to where you're heading.
One or three sessions, paid securely through Stripe. Two minutes, no DMs.
Within 24 hours, to agree a date and time that actually suits you.
A few short questions: your situation, your goal, what's hard right now. I read them before we meet.
Sixty minutes on Google Meet, built around your answers.
Inside 24 hours: a written plan specific to you, plus the resource for what we covered.
Within 24 hours of the session: where you are, the honest gap, what to do in the next 30 days, and what we'll cover next time. Written after the call, for you specifically.
Plus the resource for whatever we covered — the pitch-side framework, the return-to-play decision guide, or the career and CV material.

The hourYour CV read the way a club reads it, and the two or three moves that change the answer.
You're hereTwo to five years in private practice or the NHS. Good at the job. Sport keeps pulling.
The hourHow your experience translates, what's genuinely missing, and a realistic route across.

“I am so lost right now when it comes to my career goal and how I want to get there.”
“I'm sure you get a heap of messages like this, but — any advice for a new grad?”
“I've been practising for almost two years. Any advice for entering the sports setting?”
“It's my first session with a club and I'm so nervous.”
You can't answer any of those in a DM. You can in an hour, if the hour is built around the person asking.
Most people who book are nervous. They've never had a mentorship session and they're half-convinced they'll waste an hour. Here's what physiotherapy students and physios wrote afterwards — screenshots, not paraphrases.
“I appreciate how you had a plan and structure going into the session, but after learning my background and answering my questions you really tailored it for me. Was a bit nervous at first since I've never had a mentorship session, but it was great.”
“Thanks for your call today, was really helpful and a lot of important information that was very needed.”

“I feel much more prepared going through the interview questions and how to structure my answers.”
One session if you want a straight answer. Three if you want to actually change something.
After you pay I email you within 24 hours to agree a date and time that suits you, and you answer a few questions so the hour is built around you. Sessions currently run Monday 9am–2pm, and Saturdays 9am–1pm, UK time, limited monthly slots available.

Physiotherapy students, new grad physios, aspiring sports clinicians, and sports physios who want to develop in MSK and sports physiotherapy. You must be at least 18 years old to book.
No one can honestly promise that. What I can do is help you understand what clubs actually look for, where your gaps are, and what your realistic next step is.
I don't pass CVs on or make introductions, because that wouldn't be fair on the people I work with. The sessions are about getting you ready to make that approach yourself.
Often it's the best time. Most of what holds students back is not knowing what to prioritise — and that's fixable in an hour.
Sessions are online, so location isn't a problem. Registration, visa and qualification rules vary a lot by country, and I'll be honest about what I do and don't know about yours.
These sessions are about your career rather than clinical care, so for an injury of your own it's best to see a physio in person.
You get a confirmation straight away, then a personal email from me within 24 hours to agree a date and time. Sessions currently run Monday 9am–2pm, and Saturdays 9am–1pm, UK time, limited monthly slots available. You also answer a few short questions so I can prepare.
