What we collect when you use physioric.com or message us, why, who helps us handle it, and your rights.

1. Who we are

Ricardo, trading as Physio Ric, is responsible for your personal data (the “controller”). Email: ric@physioric.com.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising profiles.

3. Who helps us

These companies handle data for us, only to provide their service:

Kit: our email list and emails.
Stripe: payments. For the Playbook, Stripe is also the seller of record and handles tax under its own privacy policy.
Google: our email inbox and the 1:1 questionnaire (Google Forms).
ManyChat: automatic replies to Instagram comments and messages.
Cloudflare: website hosting, security, visit counts and email forwarding.

When you message us on Instagram, Meta also handles your messages under its own privacy policy.

4. Data stored outside the UK

Some of these companies store data in the United States or elsewhere outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, or to move it to another service. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time, for example by unsubscribing. Email ric@physioric.com and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.

6. Cookies

This website doesn’t use cookies for tracking or advertising, so there’s no cookie banner. Visit counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies. Stripe’s checkout and Google Forms are separate sites and set their own cookies under their own policies.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
